Consult
We assess your jewelry and get details from you on how you would like it re-designed.

Design
We provide multiple proposals based on the original full-scale design drawing created by hand by specialized designers.

Estimate/Contract
If the customer is happy with the estimate and the final design, the next step is to enter into an official contract.

Custom jewelry creation
Every step of your order is customized by experienced artisans to match customer specifications. The entire process is done by hand.

Return of finished product
Once the re-designing phase is complete, the customer checks the item to make sure the new design is what they wanted, at which time it is then returned to the customer.
